Our Shirts
How do the shirts offered at Blank Generation Clothing fit?
The designs we carry are printed on a variety of t shirts. Most of them are printed on American Apparel tees, which are extremely soft and very form fitting. In fact, all of our shirts, run smaller than the more mainstream ones (Hanes, fruit of the loom, gildan, etc.). They are more of a slim, vintage fit. So if you prefer a larger or looser fit, order a size up. We try to give you as much information about the shirts as possible, so we will make every effort to include the dimensions within each shirts description. Width is found by measuring a flat tee from just under one sleeve, across the chest to just under the second sleeve. Length is measured from the collar, to the bottom of the shirt.
Does that all go for the girls shirts?
Yes, although some are cut tighter than others are. It is a good idea to read each shirts' description before purchasing. All of the guys shirts are also an option for girls looking for a less form-fitting look.
Whats up with the vintage shirts?
The vintage shirts are previously owned and worn tees. Each description will include the make, shape, and measurements of the shirt. Unless otherwise noted, there is only one of each design and when it's sold, it's gone.
Why do the prices vary from shirt to shirt?
The price differences in the shirts we offer are the results of a few different factors. First of all, some shirts are our original designs while others are purchased at wholesale prices. Secondly, different designs require differing amounts of cost to produce. Lastly, the designs themselves are printed on t shirts made by different companies, some are more expensive than others.
I've noticed that many of the designs offered at Blank Generation Clothing are printed on shirts by American Apparel. How are they different?
American Apparel is a company based in downtown Los Angeles. All of their shirts are made here in America in a sweatshop free environment. The shirts themselves are made from 100% combed cotton and are the very softest, most comfortable tees around. Therefore, you can feel as good about the product as it feels on you.
We make every effort to ensure that the shirts sold at Blankgenerationshirts.com are displayed as accurately as possible. However, please be aware that due to differences in moniter settings, the actual shirt and ink colors may differ slightly from what is seen on the website. This discrepency, if it exists at all, will be very small. In addition to the pictures, please also pay attention to each shirts' description.

Is ordering online through Blank Generation Shirts secure?
Yes, we have an SSL certificate issued by Thawte. All information during the checkout process is encrypted using SSL for extra security. (During the checkout process, notice the pad lock or key icon in the lower right corner of your browser.) To answer the question directly, yes, ordering from Blank Generation Shirts is secure!
What shipping methods do you use? How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are shipped the very day they are placed, all others are sent out the following morning. The only exception being if we are out of stock, in which case it will take up to two weeks. If your order is out of stock, which is rare, we will notify you immediately. We ship orders using USPS Priority Mail, which delivers anywhere in the US in two to four days.
What forms of payments are accepted.
We currently accept credit and debit cards from Visa and Mastercard, as well as Paypal.
What are the shipping rates?
Domestic Shipping (anywhere in the US) is a flat rate of $4.50. This rate applies to any domestic order, regardless of how large that order is. For example, one shirt would ship at $4.50, while eight shirts would also ship at $4.50.
Do you ship Internationally? If so, how much does it cost?
Yes, we currently ship to the following destinations: Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Republic of Korea, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Phillipines, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the UK. All of the above destinations ship at $10.50 for 1-3 shirts. After that it is an additional $2.50 for each shirt. If your country is not listed, or if you are currently serving overseas, please contact us and we will do our best to reach you(we most likely can). Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once your package reaches your country. Blank Generation Shirts does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please check with your post office or customs office for details about taxes or duties on small imports.
Will you guys fulfill wholesale/bulk orders?
No, not at this time.
Exchanges/Returns
What is your exchange/return policy?
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges provided they meet the following criteria. All returns/exchanges must have been purchased from Blankgenerationshirts.com and be accompanied by the original packing slip. Each shirt sent back for a return/exchange must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of obvious damage, and in it's original condition. Additionally, each return/exchange must be shipped back within 30 days from the original shipping date. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Again: all returns or exchanges MUST include the original sales receipt!
To make a return/exchange email returns@blankgenerationshirts.com Please let us know the reason for the return, and if you would like an exchange, what you would like in the exchanged items' place. A $4.50 reshipping fee will also be applied to any exchange. Any differences in cost for exchanges will be charged to your credit card. For returns, we will credit your charge account minus the cost of shipping.
